Noise & Vibration surveys help us assess baseline conditions on-site, allowing us to identify constraints and to optimise layout for good acoustic conditions. Our surveys are tailored to each site and conducted by in-house engineers who are full members of the Institute of Acoustics (IOA) using UKAS-calibrated equipment, which ensures accurate, reliable data, which is critical for any noise impact assessment.

Noise modelling allows us to accurately predict how sound will propagate across a development site. Using industry-leading software, CadnaA, we generate noise contour maps and 3D plans to help stakeholders visualize the noise environment.
